It took a few hours of fighting, but the source code for SaltFx and the SaltFx.Example is available on CodePlex. No, it wasn’t a problem with the source, Mercurial, or even CodePlex. Let’s just say that even a modest Hg push via a tethered cell phone at a crowded conference is challenging.
